Overnight Oats are everywhere these days, namely because they’re easy to make and can be prepared ahead of time.

Our Functional Oats take less than five minutes to prepare which makes them the perfect on-the-go breakfast for a busy morningnot to mention they’re delicious and full of nutrients. The twist to our recipe is the addition of Debloat Food + Prebiotic to feed the good bacteria in your gut and address any bloating. We also add Probiotic Protein - Plant to support your immune system, produce collagen and boost keratin (think skin, muscles, nails + hair). Take it from usthis will soon be your new favorite breakfast.

Pro tip: Double or triple the recipe to make a few backups for the week.

Functional Oats
Serves 1

- 1 cup rolled oats

- 1 tsp The Nue Co. Debloat Food + Prebiotic

- 1 tbsp The Nue Co. Probiotic Protein - Plant

- 1 tsp chia seeds

- 1 tsp hemp

- 1 tsp ground flaxseed

- 1½ cups oat milk (or milk of choice)

- 1 splash of honey, agave or maple syrup (to your liking)

- ½ cup toppings of your choice (banana, raspberry, blueberry, grated apple/carrot)

Directions: Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl, then whisk in the oat milk + honey. Place in a bowl or container and refrigerate overnight. Serve with your choice of fruit—enjoy.
