Not really great for me at all!

"Really glad it was a free with purchase because I used 2 sprays on my knee and not long after caused very loose stools- magnesium chloride which this contains must not be quality or I am sensitive or both. I had high hopes for this. I usually use magsoothium made with magnesium sulfate which is the same compound in epsom salt. Did I get a bad batch? The Chlorode is best for muscle recovery fast absorbing maybe too much where gylconate promotes healing and relations. Not mixed correctly? No idea- just buyer beware It’s disappointing for sure- I love all your products. Wondering it does not say medical grade magnesium on your package so…. idk help me out here why would I have such a terrible reaction?"

"I never would have imagined spraying anything on the front of the shins and rubbing it in would be something to help with the absorption of magnesium and would help with sleep. This spray feels like water and absorbs well into the skin. It doesn’t have an odor, so there is no concern in that area. Many times I will apply it several minutes before putting a lavender/mint lotion on my feet and legs. The ultimate combo!"
