A combination of soothing anti-inflammatory + digestive enzyme-triggering ingredients work together to bring instant relief to uncomfortable stomachs in our signature Debloat Latte. Spicy with a warm kick of ginger, it makes for a gentle morning tonic or a post-dinner drink. 

The addition of coconut butter is optional, but recommended. An easily digestible fat, it contains medium-chain triglycerides which can help reduce inflammation and control blood sugar levels. 

A pro-tip for women: Use at the first sign of PMS to help combat water retention and ease cramping.

Serves 1

- 1 tsp The Nue Co. DEBLOAT FOOD + PREBIOTIC

- 1 tsp coconut butter

- 1 tsp honey (or maple syrup)

- 1 cup oat milk

Directions: Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan. Warm through on a low heat, stirring gently. For a foamy texture, whisk together or blend until bubbles appear.
