Everything we eat is broken down by the digestive enzymes we produce in our salvia, pancreas and stomach, allowing nutrients to be efficiently absorbed into the bloodstream. The 17 digestive enzymes found in Debloat+ are particularly beneficial for people suffering from IBS and other digestive issues. They help to break down specific food groups (e.g. carbs, starches, fats, etc.), supported by a trio of organic ingredients known for their anti-inflammatory properties: cinnamon, turmeric and ginger.
Alpha galactosidase is 1 of the 17 digestive enzymes found in Debloat+. It breaks down the oligosaccharides (a type of carbohydrate) found in beans and cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli and cabbage, known for causing excess gas and bloating. Cinnamon, turmeric and ginger also boast carminative benefits, meaning they break up gas in the gastrointestinal tract and stimulate antral contractions (the contractions which help food pass from one part of the gut to another).
Licorice root has been used for centuries in Ayurvedic medicine, where it is believed to pacify “altered pitta”, reduce heartburn and heal ulcers. In clinical trials, 51% of people reported a reduction in bloating, nausea, gas and abdominal fullness within 30 days of taking our key ingredient daily.

The more scientists learn about the gut microbiome (a complex community of bacteria, fungi and viruses) the more they discover how important it is to our overall health.
DEBLOAT+ supports the gut’s delicate ecosystem, with immunomodulatory properties to help balance the microbiome by inhibiting the growth of pathogenic bacteria.
FAQs
Yes, you can. Although DEBLOAT+ and DEBLOAT FOOD + PREBIOTIC have similar functions, they work in different ways. Firstly, DEBLOAT+ is a capsule, so ideal for people who don’t like the taste or format of our original DEBLOAT FOOD + PREBIOTIC. DEBLOAT+ is also suitable for people with SIBO (small intestinal bacterial overgrowth) since it does not contain Inulin (our prebiotic) which can have issues for people with SIBO.

Your gut is a unique environment, so results vary from person to person. Most people see results within a couple of days, but we’d recommend using DEBLOAT+ for at least 1 month before assessing how you feel. We find it helpful to note down your bloating / bathroom breaks/digestion a few times a week so that you can track results.
You can take them at any 2 meals throughout the day, we would just recommend following the guidelines and making sure you take them with food for best results.
