Not impressed

"I have waited 7 weeks before I left a review to make sure it was fair in my assessment. When I wash my hair, this shampoo leaves my hair soft and glossy and doesn't cause as much tangling as others do (I have fine hair). I have not noticed any reduced shedding which is one of the claims on the website. The day after I wash my hair, it is limp and lifeless but I am used to that. I think I have fallen (yet again) for the marketing language that promises great results, but the truth is that we are all stuck with whichever type of hair we were born with and there is no miracle shampoo out there, no matter how expensive it is. I have natural grey hair and this shampoo seems to have created a very light brown tone on the white hairs whereas before there was more of a difference between dark and white, before my hair looked as if I had highlights – if that makes sense. I am not sure yet if this allover brown tone is a good or a bad thing. Bottom line is that for the price this shampoo is not worth it, I know that it has the advantage of not having harsh chemicals, but there are also other shampoos with those credentials that are cheaper. Unfortunately, it’s not really working for me and I will cancel my subscription as soon as possible."

Scalp feels really fresh

"I'm currently having alot if hair shedding think it's due to peri-menopause so thought I would give the scalp treatment and shampoo and conditioner a go, the treatment leaves my scalp feeling really clean, shampoo smells nice but find my hair is quite dry after using for 5 weeks and I'm still having alot of hair shedding, I also think it's stripped my hair colour, I'll continue to use as I may need to use for longer."
