We need iron to produce hemoglobin, a protein in red blood cells that enables them to carry oxygen around the body. Every process in the body needs oxygen to function, which is why low iron or iron deficiency (anemia) can leave us feeling tired and sluggish. IRON contains your full daily dose of iron needed, plus vitamin B2 to further support energy levels.
Immune cells in the body use iron to grow, allowing them to protect against potential infection. Immune cells called T-lymphocytes are needed to fight infected cells. They use iron to support their metabolism, which allows them to improve antibody response. With low iron levels, these cells don’t have the energy they need to fully support the immune system.
Certain health conditions like heart disease, brain disorders and diabetes have been linked to low levels of CoQ10. As our body’s levels naturally decline with age, supplementing CoQ10 gives the body the extra support it needs. Research suggests CoQ10 can support a healthy blood pressure and all-round heart health.

"The product design got me. This is premium iron that beats drugstore bought proucts."

"I decided to take an iron supplement because I read that it could be the cause of my continuous tired-ness. I did an actual two month test on iron supplements. The first month I took supplements I bought at the local co-op which said it was made from food, would not cause constipation, and could be taken with or without eating first. I felt pretty good for that month. I took Nue's iron for the second month. I took it only with food as prescribed. My diet did not change, but I did experience low level constipation. I also did not feel much better. There are likely other factors at work here, but, now I'm back on the co-op iron and, while I'm not bright and bouncy, I'm getting things done. I honestly can't recommend Nue's iron. I just noticed the packaging option. The cap was not on the bottle when I opened the package. Fortunately, the protective seal was intact along the rim of the bottle. I took a photo of what the box looked like when I opened it, if you want to see it."

"Have been using this daily for 3 months after my blood tests led my doctor to suggesting I use an iron supplement. My blood tests now show healthy levels of iron related values (they did not before), so it has worked! I am vegan so have a low iron diet, and plan to keep using them. Capsules aren’t huge, not tiny either though, but I have no problem ingesting them. The only thing stopping this review getting 5 stars is the experience of buying these pills. They come in a glass jar which is relatively nice (not so nice that I’d use it for other things once I’m done with the pills however). But the glass is over the top for buying every month. Of course, you can subscribe and get refills on Nue Co, but that means every month I’m paying for shipping too, and I’d much rather just buy 4 months worth of supplies and have them in my drawer at home, instead of having shipping costs each month. I actually buy these on Amazon because with Prime I have free shipping so it’s the cheapest option, but that means I have lots of glass bottles lying around that are not useful to me, which feels wasteful. Especially with Nue’s environmentally friendly branding, I wish they allowed you to buy refill packets without subscribing, so I could stock up, reduce the packaging and shipping emissions, and have an easier experience with the pills."

"Buying my second bottle now, unsure of the effects yet going to give it more time. Like that there’s vitamin c to help with assimilation of iron."
